Chairman - Kevin Casey
Kevin Casey, a native of Los Angeles, has been involved with the leather community of this city for 13+ years. Kevin is a member of The Regiment of the Black and Tans uniform club, and a member of Avatar Club Los Angeles. In September of 2001, Kevin was selected as the first California Leatherman, and was also Mr. Bullet Leather 2001. As if all of this doesn't keep him busy enough, Kevin also publishes the LeatherGuideLA website and a weekly e-mail newsletter - keeping people informed of what is happening in the Los Angeles Leather Community. Vice-Chairman - Robert Blackmon
Robert has been involved in the leather community for over 12 years. Originally from Detroit, he moved to Los Angeles in 1989. In February 2001, Robert was selected as the first ever Mr. Sister Leather by the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence - Los Angeles. At the Mr. L.A. Leather 2001 contest in March 2001, Robert was selected 2nd Runner-Up and in May of the same year he was 1st Runner-Up at Mr. Ebony Leather in Chicago. Robert has been involved in several local organizations including: Project Angel Food, the Uptown Gay and Lesbian Alliance, and currently writes a monthly column for the LA Leather Community - ManBeat - published on LeatherGuideLA.com.

Secretary - slave pug
Identifying as a slave, pup, pug belongs to Master Steve Sampson's leather family. Agreeing to a second term as Secretary for LALC confirms that pug is definitely a masochist as well. she resides in Southern California where she keeps a paw actively involved in a number of organizations including: Los Angeles boys of Leather (LAboL), Los Angeles Pups (LAP), People of Leather Among You (PLAY), as well as supporting OCLA, BDSMWest, LARAWW, Threshold, Inner Circle and Avatar functions. pug is also the founder of the Southern California Leather Gathering (SCLG), an annual outdoor picnic event that brings together bdsm and leatherfolk of all gender and orientations for a day of fun and connection.
pug has been a presenter for a number of local and national leather events, speaking on topics such as pup play, slavery, protocol, and the integration of spirituality and leather. Her writings about pup play and other leather/bdsm-related topics have appeared in Jack Rinella's book, Partners in Power, as well as in "Pulp" Magazine and on a number of websites such as LeatherDOG.com, Robert Dante's Boudoir Noir and Dr. Susan M. Block's Sexuality Resource Library BDSM. In 2003 pug received the LeatherDOG.com's Person of the Year award.
