Sometimes, it is hard for a kinky gay leathermen's group to find meeting-spaces. We would host entirely innocuous discussions about gay men's issues for months, and then get evicted with no warning. The one exception was provided by the good folks at DiMille's Italian Restaurant. I loved to bring them business, and they loved the men in our group. Never a problem, never a concern. Excellent food, great staff, and no friction from either side.
