2010-07-10 First Official FMSD event: Dress It Up Strip It Down Night @ Eagle

Note from Tony: I wanted to create a regular gay leathrmen's event that would be GEAR ONLY, like in the old days, but I was told by Sir Nicholas (the Eagles wonderful owner) that such an event might discouraghe and drive away his bar's regular customers. I could certainly understand that, so I came up with a new idea:
Dress It Up, Or Strip It Down.
If you had gear and wanted to wear it, great! If you didn't have any, and wanted to fit right in, just take your shirt off. You could even skip the whole thing and just enter. I had a lot of work reassuring shy men that nobody would pick on them for not having a perfect body if they went shirtless. As they always discovered with pleasure, they actually received a lot more positive attention than they expected.
I soon found that the majority of men found online did NOT want to be a part of an ongoing group. They just wanted to cruise. That was fine, because more and more men DID show up as time went by, craving the same thing that I did - long-term friendships, and brothers in a Tribe.
