You'll notice that there are three copies of each photo: - One image is a tiny "thumbnail" photo (all you can do is click on it), - One is medium-sized for e-mail and web-page purposes, and if you click on THAT image, you'll see - the BIGGEST image, which is extra-large, for color printing. --- TO GRAB A COPY OF THESE PHOTOS: If you aren't sure how to save the individual images onto your computer, here is how you do it: Get the image that you want on-screen in your web-browser. Point to the image that you want and hold down the mouse-button (if you're using a Mac) or click the right mouse-button (if you're using a PC). Choose the command that sounds like "Save This Image As..." and save the image onto a disk. That's it! --- HOW TO PRINT PICTURES AT HIGHEST QUALITY Take the larger image(s) on a diskette to Kinko's or any other computerized copy-store, and tell the staff to print 'em out in REALLY high quality on 8x10 glossy paper! --- HOW TO USE A PICTURE AS YOUR BACKGROUND IMAGE WALLPAPER If you are using a Mac, go to your "Appearance" control panel and choose "Desktop". If there is already a picture on your desktop, click "Remove Picture". Otherwise, choose "Place Picture", then select the picture that you want, and choose "Set Desktop". If you are working on a Windows PC using Netscape Navigator or Internet Explorer, you can click on the image you want with the right mouse button and select set Wallpaper. This will copy the image to your Windows directory and automatically set it as the current Wallpaper. If you want to save several images you will want to rename the saved image after each save as Windows will simply call it netscape.bmp. If you do not have this option you can copy the image to your hard disk, convert it to a BMP file with Photoshop or a shareware program like L-view and save it as a BMP file and copy it into your Windows directory. You can then select the background you like for your desktop pattern. Enjoy your photos!
